Svnday Story is a personalized digital story service operated in Indonesia as an individual-owned business (usaha perorangan). We help customers create web-based story pages for birthdays, celebrations, confessions, milestones, and other personal moments.

Each order is delivered digitally through a story link or preview access. We do not ship physical products.

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah on the Pricing page, template selection, and checkout summary. Payment is processed through Midtrans and its supported payment channels. Your order may remain pending until payment is confirmed by Midtrans.

Please review your selected template, content, and total payment before continuing to checkout.

You are responsible for text, images, links, locations, music links, and other content you upload or submit. By submitting content, you allow Svnday Story to process, display, and publish it as part of your requested story.

Please make sure you have the right to use any image, text, music link, location, name, or other material you include in your story.

After successful payment, your story may be published or prepared for publishing. Delivery is digital and may happen through a story link, preview page, or another web-based access method provided by Svnday Story.

Delivery time may vary if manual review, moderation, or technical checks are needed.

Please do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. We may reject, remove, or suspend a story if it creates safety, legal, copyright, payment, or platform risk.

We may update templates, features, prices, or supported payment channels from time to time. If a technical issue affects your order, contact support so we can help review it.
