Svnday Story is operated in Indonesia as an individual-owned business (usaha perorangan).

We may collect recipient names, occasion details, story text, uploaded images, image captions, selected template, style choices, location labels, Spotify links, email address, order information, draft data, and payment metadata.

We use your data to save drafts, render previews, publish your story, process payment status, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

Payment is handled by Midtrans and its supported payment channels. Svnday Story does not store card numbers, CVV, PIN, or sensitive payment credentials.

We only share data with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, storage, analytics, maps, embeds, email/support tools, and payment processing.

If you publish or share a story link, people with access to that link may be able to view the story content you included.

We keep draft, order, payment status, and story data as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, comply with operational records, and support customer requests.
